Our client, a reputable corporation in Center City, is seeking an entry level Human Resources Associate to join their team!

About You:

• Bachelor's degree highly preferred
• Incredible verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment in addition to performing and excelling individually
• Excellent attention to detail, organization and problem-solving ability
• Adaptability to changing needs and deadlines within projects
• Positive, can-do attitude and a hard work ethic

Day to Day:

• Assist with employee tracking and the employee lifecycle, understanding the processes from new hire all the way to exit interview
• Help the HR team schedule interviews with qualified candidates
• Organize new hire paperwork and onboarding items
• Create and extended offers to candidates
• Help with the overall coordination of all HR department meetings and interviews
• Assist with special projects as needed

This position is expected to last 3 months and is offering up to $22/hour. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is interested in gaining more experience within HR! Apply with a MS version of your resume to be considered!
