Since 1918, Holman Manufacturing and Distribution (formerly known as Auto Truck Group) takes new trucks and make them into tools. We have expanded into 20 locations and more than 950 employees specializing in the design, manufacture and installation of truck equipment. Holman has an outstanding opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Lead in our Kansas City, MO location.
Shift: 6AM-2:30PM Monday-Friday; hours can vary sometimes. Travel required.
Pay: $65,000+ depending on experience.
Overview:
The Continuous Improvement Lead is in charge of a variety of tasks, such as developing and implementing continuous improvement projects throughout the organization. Working with senior management to evaluate current procedures, identifying significant financial and process improvement opportunities, managing, coaching, and assisting a group of continuous improvement champions to facilitate process improvement initiatives across various teams, and tracking the outcomes of improvements made.
