Our client is a mid-sized full service general contracting and construction management firm, based in NYC and operating throughout the tri-state area. They specialize in commercial construction, with a strong portfolio of corporate interior, healthcare, education and retail projects.

-Your new role-

The Superintendent directly supervises the field labor force, including subcontractors and laborers/craft workers. The candidate must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills. They must also have strong client service skills and an understanding of all of the trades associated with commercial interior construction and high-end renovation projects.

-What you'll need to succeed-

• Minimum 5 years' experience as Lead Construction Superintendent in NYC
• NYC DOB License helpful but not necessary
• 62HR SST Preferred
• Experience in commercial interior fit outs, and experience on a wide variety of project types ideal for success.
