*Salary:* $90k-135k base + 10-15% bonus, 401k, full health benefits from Day One, 4 weeks of PTO, sexy projects in desirable locations
*Requirements:* 3+ years of Project Management, Multifamily experience, Bachelor's degree, Procore experience

Due to organic growth, we're now seeking a Project Manager who will be responsible for the successful execution of construction activities.

What You Will Be Doing -Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
-Scheduling, forecasting, budgeting, scope creation and management, site team coordination, problem solving, and detailed record keeping.
-Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
-Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
-Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
-Meet contractual conditions of performance
-Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
-Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses
-Analyze, manage and mitigate risks
-Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
-Act as Mentor to Project Engineers to further and assist their professional growth
What You Need for this Position -3+ years of construction management
-Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods
-Building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
-Understanding of all facets of the construction process
-Procore
-Conflict and crisis management
-BS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field (or equal experience in such)
