Provide leadership, direction and assistance to construction managers, facilities users and design professionals with programs, planning, contract administration, and observations of construction projects.
Job Duties:Oversee designated Capital Projects. Manage project budgets of over $1,500,000. Supervise construction managers, architects, engineers and general contractors. Prepare and monitor project reports for university administration.
