What You Will Be Doing - Manage projects as required by permits, governmental codes, and established construction standards
- Prepare budgets at appropriate milestones and intervals
- Develop, maintain, and manage the project schedule
- Work with project staff to have a cohesive effective team
- Oversee planning, scheduling, cost control, general supervision and client and labor relations
- Develop and tailor project specific responsibilities for project team
- Define the projects objectives and oversee quality control throughout the entire execution of the job
- Coordinate and direct the estimating, purchasing, engineering, accounting, and construction functions as they relate to the project
What You Need for this Position 3+ Years of experience in:
- Project Management
- Commercial Construction Management
- Procore
- Ground-up Construction
- Estimating
- Viewpoint
- Schedule planning
- Subcontractor Management
