What You Will Be Doing - Foster relationships with general contractors, key vendors, and the developer community.

- Review online sites and websites for bid opportunities.

- Develop plans and specifications.

- Do plan take off and review specifications.

- Generate estimates and submit them to owner/GC.

- Follow up on bid results

- Work with operations to ensure work is completed.

- Generate billing and submit to owner/GC.

- Estimator experience in construction, civil engineering, and municipal contracts/RFPs.
What You Need for this Position - 4+ years of experience as an Estimator
- Experience estimating a wide range of commercial projects
- Experience in Commercial Construction
