Matrix Providers is offering a rewarding opportunity for a qualified Comprehensive Dentist (DMD/DDS) to provide potential services to our veterans assisting with Veterans Benefits Administration Medical Disability Examination (VBA MDE) in Portland, OR.

Status: Independent Contractor

Schedule: 1 day per week
The Dentist (DMD/DDS) must have the following requirements:

Degree: Doctor of Medical in Dentistry (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS).

Education: Graduate from an accredited dental school approved by the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) of the American Dental Association (ADA), a specialty Dentist must be a graduate of a dental specialty training program that is accredited by the CODA of the ADA or an accepted equivalent program.

Certifications: Basic Life Support (BSL)

Licensure: Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a dentist from any state.

Board Certification: Required
