RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has an exciting opportunity for a Compliance and Continuous Improvement Leader for a client in the St. Louis, Missouri area. This role is ideal for someone with public accounting experience and preferably has a CPA. The Compliance and Continuous Improvement Leader will be very consultative in nature and is looking for someone who can continuously improve and streamline processes and procedures. Responsibilities of a Compliance and Continuous Improvement Leader:

• The Compliance and Continuous Improvement Leader will be responsible for reviewing key account reconciliation
• Collaborating with divisional finance teams
• The Compliance and Continuous Improvement Leader support continuous improvement efforts
• Assist with monthly close or financial reporting activities as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• The Compliance and Continuous Improvement Leader will need a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
• CPA or CIA preferred
• 5+ years of experience
