Alteryx is seeking a Community Operations Program Manager to support daily operations and maintenance of the online customer experience via the Alteryx Community. Reporting to the Manager of Community Operations & Analytics, you will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of the Community by managing the admin panel, managing our search vendor, owning QA, supporting customer Community cases, and various other projects and initiatives as applicable. We are looking for a customer-focused, tech-savvy professional who puts the customer first and is an indispensable member of the Community Platform and Operations team.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Community Platform and Engagement teams to implement and manage all aspects of the Community Admin panel on dev, stage, and production.
  • Support customer inquiries about Community account issues and miscellaneous questions
  • Work with Platform team to manage the QA for every new release deployed on Alteryx Community
  • Management of federated search platform and search reporting metrics across multiple Alteryx entities.
  • Management of Operational and Community-related projects per Community Goals + Roadmap
  • Community User Support: Managing daily cases to assist customers with various issues to include, but not limited to: account access, account consolidation, assisting learning and enablement with badge and certification questions
  • Community QA: Effectively and thoroughly QA the community with each monthly release. Testing different browsers, different viewpoints, and with different personas to ensure that both the new features we release, and existing features are working as expected in all scenarios.
  • Federated Search: This role will become the product owner, subject matter expert, and "face" of our federated search program. You will support not only the community team, but also support cross-functional initiatives that also leverage the search tool (Product, Engineering, Customer Support). This role will work with stakeholders to define and develop the program, to include managing and testing upgrades, sharing release notes and evaluating new features with the broader team, managing the search performance, manage reporting on success, implement tasks provided via intake for search boosting or other changes.
  • Community Administration: Owner of the configuration and management of ALL areas of the Community Admin Panel (Khoros). From Community Structure, to ranks/roles/permissions, to node setup and archival, you will manage every tab of the admin panel ensuring we deliver timely updates to the platform, with absolute accuracy to ensure that private areas or sensitive information remains private. This also includes updating and managing announcements and custom content modules.
  • Special Projects: Owning and managing special projects as they arise with little Management oversight
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
  • 4 year college degree (or additional experience in a related field)
  • 3 years of functional experience including 1 year of position specific experience in management of online community admin panel required (Lithium, Khoros, Jive, Salesforce, or other community platforms).
  • Detail-oriented and efficient but accurate
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Customer-focused; we love to delight our customers - you should too
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Clear, direct, honest, proactive communication

Valued Qualifications:
  • Prior experience working in the Analytics space
  • Experience working on search platforms, especially Search Unify is a major plus.
