Position Details

SUMMARY

As a Portfolio Manager, responsible for efficient and effective credit and risk assessment under established First Bank guidelines. Candidate will interact with clients to collect financial and property information that he/she will use towards financial analysis, credit recommendations, and ongoing portfolio maintenance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Modifications to existing credit transactions
• Continuous monitoring and review of existing portfolio to ensure compliance with covenants
• Ensures loan documents are in accordance with approval documents
• Ensures tracking mechanisms are kept up-to-date and in accordance with policy and procedures to maintain a high asset quality
• Client follow-ups on new opportunities or missing items on existing loan deals

What Do You Need for this Position?

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• 3 years of commercial credit experience, focused on Commercial Real Estate
• 2 years of portfolio management experience
• Strong financial analysis skills, ability to analyze, decipher, and make observations/recommendations based on a variety of information received
• Good analytical skills
• Proficiency in computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software product and Salesforce
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
