About This Job
This position is primarily responsible for ensuring the smooth implementations of all Commercial Payment - Commercial Card Products. The Implementation Project Consultant is responsible for the onboarding of clients post sales. They will act as a single point of contact, working as a consultant to the clients to ensure that our products and solutions meet the clients' program goals while complementing their business systems, operations, and workflows. In this capacity, the position will work closely with the C-Level, Payments Manager IT Manager, and Project Team, as well as with Sales, Account Management, Tech and other internal teams. The Project Consultant has responsibility to ensure products are appropriately described, presented, and implemented to meet client satisfaction by delivering on our Customer Promise to ASK, LISTEN and SOLVE.
