Set up and operate multiple CNC machining equipotent to perform facing, turning, drilling, milling, boring, reaming, tapping and other machining operations on a variety of products.

Responsible for the complete operations including: obtaining, selecting, laying out, inserting, changing, adjusting, sharpening, and setting of all tolling and fixtures.

Calculate took dimensions, determine and punch in offsets. Proof run new programs and edit as appropriate. Write manual data input programs for simple parts and fixtures

Check produced parts carefully during set-up and throughout operations using statistical process control to assure that production conforms to the blueprints and other specifications. Monitor machine performance and diagnose and resolve machining problems.

Perform adjustments, maintenance and lubrication. Maintain necessary hand tools and measurement devices for proper performance of the job.

Maintain a clean work area, observe all safety rules.
