Our client is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Manager for a remote opportunity.

Role Description

We are looking for an exceptional Cloud Infrastructure Manager who thrives on the challenges of people leadership, scaling infrastructure, and fostering a culture of collaboration and engineering excellence. The ideal candidate will have experience managing infrastructure and DevOps in a fast-growing company with stringent security requirements. They will also have experience building and automating AWS cloud infrastructure. • Develop a Cloud Controls blueprint, roadmap, and data model. • Oversee day-to-day operations (build, deploy, release) • Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and delivery in the cloud. • Support and troubleshoot cloud deployment and environment issues. • Manage cloud vendor relationships. • Own the program budget and ensure traceability of the program spend. • Implement monitoring tools and dashboards. • Maintain high standards of execution within the team • Ensures security and privacy standards and practices are enforced on our environment • The position is 100% hands-on • This position is open to applicants who are legally eligible to work in the United States, from the following States: AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, NY, NC, PA, TN, TX

Skills & Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with building and managing scalable cloud infrastructure in AWS. • Solid understanding of standard Internet services and protocols (DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP) • Experience with SaaS backend products • Solid experience with Cloud Architecture. • Proficient in Linux system administration • Experienced with Git • Passionate about new technologies • Excellent collaborative, team player, relationship skills • Process-oriented. • Self-motivated and driven to succeed, focused on results, and passionate about the job • BA/BSc in Engineering/Computer Science or similar • Development background and Software Architecture experience - a major advantage • Experienced with DB Administration such as Postgres • 3+ years of experience in DevOps

Benefits/Other Compensation:

• 401K: From the 1st day of the month following commencement of employment, matching up to 4.0%. • Health Insurance: Employee may elect to participate in company health insurance plans, including coverage for children/spouse/family. Coverage will commence on the 1st of the month following your start date. • There will be employee participation for children/spouse/family. • Dental & Vision: Monthly fee covered by the Company. • Long-Term Disability: Monthly fee covered by the Company. • Life Insurance: Monthly fee covered by the Company. • Paid Time Off: 18 days per year • Paid Sick Leave: Up to 18 days per year • Prior Notice to Termination: 14 days
