Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Clinical Supervisor at Behavioral Health Network!

Your experience, knowledge and great skills will Behavioral Health Network with the following:

• Overseeing the day-to-day therapeutic services of the program.
• Supervising the Counselor-Case Managers in the program.
• Ensuring the well-being of individuals in BHN's care & designing and implementing the treatment structure of the program.
• Developing and monitoring clinical records and & ensuring compliance with program policies and regulatory requirements of licensing and funding sources.
• Serving as the primary liaison with the community.

Who are we?

This new program at Behavioral Health Network is a 16-bed program in Greenfield, MA for women, providing residential rehabilitation services to individuals struggling with addiction and mental illness. Staff empower those we serve to be in the 'driver's seat' of their lives, and to clearly define their needs, wants, hopes, and dreams.

What are we looking for in a Clinical Supervisor?

• Commitment to client empowerment and growth, human rights, and community integration (required).
• Master's Degree in related field (required).
• Licensed or license-eligible (required).
• At least five years' experience in the Human Services field (required).
• At least two years of supervisory experience (required).
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred).
• Working knowledge of DPH Bureau of Substance Addiction Services (BSAS) regulations (required).
• Familiarity with internet, word processing and email systems (required).
• On-call availability (required).
