Responsibilities

Develops and presents staff education under the guidance and direction of the clinical nurse specialist and/or the director of education. The incumbent will provide assistance to new graduates in the area of professional development, mentorship, and advisement.

Qualifications

Education Requirements

• Bachelors of Science in Nursing; MSN (Preferred)
• Will consider applicants currently enrolled in an MSN Program

Experience

• Relevant Experience in Education; Nurse Educator background, a plus!

Certification and Licensure

• PA Registered Nurse License
• BLS Certification
