Summary:
- Lead and manage a team of skilled engineers and technicians

- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure efficient operations
- Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs and provide prompt resolution to guest concerns
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the engineering or facilities management field
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
