About this role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our Channel Programs and Operations team, focusing on supporting various repetitive processes within our Global Team. This position will involve collaborating closely with the Partner Program team and will also extend to supporting the Channel team on project management, KPI reporting, operations and Compliance activities.

What you will do:

  • Process Support:
    • Assist in the execution of processes within the Programs Team.
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Partner Program Scorecard KPI Reporting:
    • Aid in the reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Partner Program Scorecards.
    • Assist in tracking and documenting all relevant metrics outlined in the Partner Program Scorecard.
  • Compliance Support:
    • Assist in monthly tracking of Focus Partners, All Partners, and Global Strategic Partnerships.
    • Support quarterly and annual reporting activities related to compliance.
    • Assist in the review and validation of Influence validation forms.
  • Referral & Influence (R&I) Reporting:
    • Assist in the weekly review of R&I reports to validate Partner eligibility.
    • Support monthly R&I process preparation activities.
  • Dedicated Channel and Cross-Functional Program and Project Management Support:
    • Aid in day-to-day oversight of the Channel Partner Program (CPP) support.
    • Assist in setting up and monitoring CPP support channels.
    • Support CAM onboarding activities.
    • Maintain updates for cross-functional, corporate initiatives led by the channel in Monday.com
    • Assist with any initiative reporting or building out presentation decks related to the status of initiatives
  • Partner Program Compliance:
    • Assist in maintaining compliance metrics and activity reporting.
    • Support the compliance process end-to-end, ensuring adherence to global and regional standards.
  • Hands-on Partner Community (PC) Manager Support:
    • Assist in the management of the CyberArk Partner Community. This could include posting resources or news notifications.
    • Aid in content curation and communication activities.
    • Support the maintenance of documentation
    • Monitor partner satisfaction and feedback via inbound email queues

    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
    • Prior experience or coursework in channel operations or partner management is a plus.
    • Knowledge of or experience with project management concepts is highly desirable, including the use of tools such as Monday.com
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including presentation skills to all levels within the organization
    • Ability to prioritize and multi-task and to work in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment
    • A smart, bold but humble attitude to work collaboratively with CyberArk'ers across the organization
