GDH Consulting is looking for a Change Manager to work remotely.

What You'll Do

As a Change Manager within the Customer Experience Change Management Office (CX CMO) supporting CX Centers, you will play a key role in helping large scale projects meet business, schedule, and budget objectives. You will provide change management support and identify stakeholders and team members helping to ensure the timely delivery of high priority transformation projects. You will take a lead role in understanding highly complex processes, tools, and operations, with a goal to identify and address opportunities for improvement. Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills are critical success factors to deliver results in this large, culturally diverse, and global organization.

In this role in the CX CMO team you will:
  • Evaluate change impact & organizational readiness
  • Formulate the change management strategy and adoption metrics
  • Develop the change management plan
  • Execute the change management plan
  • Drive adoption to meet the goals set by adoption metrics
Who You'll Work With

Our team executes against the CX strategy by standardizing, innovating, and automating how we work, with a focus on reducing duplication, improving productivity, and streamlining the experience for CX. As part of the team, you will work in a highly matrixed organization and engage across CX Centers Delivery, CX Operations, and CX Digital Transformation. You will have direct interaction with Senior Leaders within CX Centers on high visibility programs.

Who You Are

You are driven to learn and become a deep subject matter expert. You work well independently and have a bias for change leadership and execution. You're an excellent communicator and have the power to influence peers, managers, and executives, driving towards agreement and decision while handling ambiguity.
  • Bachelors degree and at least 10 years of experience in change management
  • Ability to build solid positive and productive relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong documentation, administrative and engagement skills
  • Demonstrated effective analytical skills and reliable decision-making skills
  • Expertise in change management methodologies, processes, and tools
  • Experience with maintaining virtual communities in support of change efforts
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-demand environment
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office suite with emphasis on SharePoint, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable presenting findings at the executive level
  • Solid track record showing successful completion of large scale cross functional projects
Preferred Skills
  • Change management certification strongly preferred (Prosci, CCMP)
  • Working knowledge of the Prosci ADKAR Model
