SUMMARY
Responsible to the Director of Quality Control and the Chief Inspector for the quality and control of the CASS Process as required by 14 CFR 121.373(a).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following, but not limited to:
- Participates in the companies Safety Management System (SMS) in accordance with the responsibilities detailed in the Safety Management System Manual.
- Manage the CASS program to ensure that CASS is implemented, pro-active, adapts to regulatory
- and company changes, and meets the internal and external required monitoring, ensuring the performance and effectiveness of the Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program (CAMP).
- Shall compile and build electronic presentations to include graphs, photographic supporting documentation, and to include monthly performance, standards, trends, as well as control limits exceeded, and analysis of those limits exceeded.
- Will publish and distribute a monthly CASS report to company officers, directors, and the FAA.
- Monitor the accuracy and efficiency of the data collection and maintain a file system to store and archive data collected and used in the CASS program.
- Report progress and status of issues from previous meetings and recommend changes to the maintenance program as a result of analysis of component and systems trends identified.
- Will accomplish audits as required by CASS of the Essential, Non-Essential maintenance providers and fuel vendors.

QUALIFICATIONS:EDUCATION and/or CERTIFICATION:
- High School Diploma; Tech Degree preferred.
- Possess a current and valid FAA Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant ratings, and/or equivocal experience with a 14 CFR Part 121 CASS program for at least 3 years.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:- Will have sufficient background in large transport category turbine aircraft applicable to the operator’s program, to ensure they are familiar with the inspection and maintenance procedures, technical documents, and aircraft systems
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:- Three (3) years of aviation background
SKILLS and/or ABILITIES:
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while exercising good judgment and a strong initiative.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software (Word and Excel) and in the delivery of CAS Reports and presentations.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
