About CBIZ's Career Academy

CBIZ's Career Academy is a Summer Leadership Program that is designed for high achieving college students to learn more about the public accounting & professional services industries. Over the course of one or two days,you will gain exposure to several of our Business Leaders, Executives,Associates, Human Resourceprofessionalsand peers. This interactive program is designed to continue building yourknowledge-baseregarding the accounting profession, sharpen your leadership and communication skills while socializing with CBIZ employees and peers. Our goal for the CBIZ Career Academy is to provide exposure of what skills are needed to transition from college into your career at CBIZ.

Who Should Apply

• 3rd&4thyear college students who are pursuing a5 yearprogram or 2nd& 3rdyear students who are pursuing a4 yearprogram working towards a degree in Accounting
• You have a strong interest in the professional services field and would like to gain insight into public accounting
• You have excellent interpersonal, analytical and verbal communication skills
• You are actively involved in a student or community organization
• You maintain strong academic credentials
