Performs the duties of a CardiacSonographer. Performs 2-D, M-mode and Doppler Echocardiograms, StressEchocardiograms and assists with Transesophageal Echocardiograms. Training for 3D Echocardiograms is provided.

Associates Degree with1 year of cardiac experience or the equivalent in education and experiencerequired.
RequiredLicensure/Certification Skills:
Certified through theAmerican Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) as a RegisteredCardiac Sonographer (RDCS) in Adult Echocardiography (preferred pediatric) orits equivalent within one year of eligibility to take the boards.
BLS Certificationrequired.
Licensed by the Boardof Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy in the state of New Hampshire.
