Position Summary:

Reporting into the Head of the Zoetis Tech & Digital - Transformation Management Office, this role will directly support the Head of the India Capability Center (ICC). This position will be providing onshore transition, logistics, and financial management support as we establish and mature the ICC.

Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with the Head of the India Capability Center (ICC) and ICC Business Program Manager
• Work with ICC Business Program Manager on various activities related to ICC business cases, including requirements and analysis
• Be a point person for key interactions between ZTD functions and the ICC, especially to address any "local" challenges and activities
• Coordinate with the Head of the ICC and HR Team to understand recruiting plans and prepare for proper assimilation of new team members into the ICC
• In collaboration with ZTD Finance, engage in the financial management aspects of the ICC function, ensuring appropriate mechanisms are in place to track shifting of costs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business management or related field, with focus in international relations preferred
• 0-3 years of experience
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Solid written and verbal communications
• Ability to build successful working relationships with business partners
• Proficiency in MS tools (PowerPoint, Excel, TEAMS)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Bias for action and ability to overcome challenges in a positive way (ability to fail forward)
• Can-do, positive attitude
• Understanding of accounting processes a plus

Physical and Travel Requirements:

• May require domestic or international travel based on business needs; expect < 10%
• Must be able to accommodate working with teams in different time zones including the U.S. and India

The following base pay range reflects the anticipated base pay for this position if a selected candidate were to
be located in Colorado. Base pay may vary based on location and other factors.

Base Pay Range: $52,000 - $75,000

The following base pay range reflects the anticipated base pay for this position if a selected candidate were to be located in California, NJ Remote, NY Remote, or Washington. Base pay may vary based on location and other factors.

Base Pay Range: $59,000 - $84,000

This position is eligible for short-term incentive compensation.
