Responsibilities

  • This highly valuable role who would work closely with our global marketing team to ensure the successful deployment of marketing campaigns
  • Act as the primary point of contact within Marketing Operations to set up SFDC campaigns for lead capture, nurture, scoring, event promotion, and content marketing, ensuring the right hierarchy placement and meta data is captured
  • Work with Demand Generation team to understand campaign audience, timing, business objectives
  • Support the demand generation team with daily hands-on work including email builds/sends, landing pages, dynamic content, list imports, segmentation, enrichment, and multi-tool orchestration
  • Facilitate campaign calendar reviews to help identify overlapping messages and/or audiences and drive corrective action
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and/or operational issues; conduct post-mortems on campaign incidents
  • Promote best practices on Data governance and data hygiene within the MarTech stack
  • Look for opportunities to refine and improve processes and designs for continuous improvement of Marketing processes and systems
  • Create documentation, training materials and maintain the knowledge base for the broader team
  • Provide training and education to various marketing teams

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing, growth, CRM, or acquisition role, preferably in a B2B setting
  • 1-2 years of experience with CRMs, ideally Salesforce

  • Deep understand of B2B marketing and the life cycle of a prospect

  • Can-do attitude towards supporting teammates, colleagues and partners to solve problems
  • Cross-functional team player that can drive campaign execution across multiple teams
  • Thoughtful problem-solving tendencies with the ability to take initiative and ownership with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Understand the framework of campaigns, lead routing, scoring, and data management between sales and marketing systems
  • Proficiency with Marketo HTML email templates
  • Have a strong working knowledge of both the technology and processes that drive marketing operations coupled with a learning mindset to build subject matter expertise
  • To be successful in this role, the candidate must be highly collaborative and will partner across the full marketing team and sales operations to develop and execute marketing campaigns with ownership of the day-to-day execution of email and lead capture programs

To Stand Out!
  • 1-2 years of experience on marketing automation platform (Marketo / SFDC Marketing Cloud)
  • 1-2 years of experience on SFDC Sales Cloud
  • Tableau Experience
  • Flowchart and Diagram tools
  • Data enrichment tools
  • Alteryx Designer experience

Compensation

Alteryx is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role in Broomfield, CO is $78,000 - $130,000. This position is also remote-friendly and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.

This role is eligible for variable compensation including bonus and stock grants.
