We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50 labs throughout the country. We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity at NDX nSequence in Reno, NV is hiring a Full-Time CAD CAM Technician (CT Guide Design).

The regular hours for this position are from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday (4-ten hour shifts), and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:
  • Completely read prescriptions and specifications received from dentist. Clarify questions with leadership.
  • Product and process development by using engineering principles to increase the efficiency and value of the business, utilizing cost effective mechanisms while improving overall productivity.
  • Responsible for creating reports and presentations for project management supervisors and clients as needed.
  • Responsible for research and the use of mathematical modeling to inspect new developments and business innovation to determine its cost effect and over-time value.
  • Implementation of research into technical plans with the use of planning software and proprietary design methods specific to the business.
  • Responsible for the communication between the conventional dental lab department and the CT Guided department. 
  • Ensure the work flow process meets Company standards of quality control, production and documentation.
  • Daily Work Duties include but are not limited to:
    • 3D Scanning
    • CAD/CAM Designing
    • CAD/CAM Testing
    • CAM Manufacturing
    • Special Project Testing and Prototyping
    • Daily Reporting to General Manager and Department Manager
    • Quality Control
    • Research and Develop new and existing products and methods
