Position Overview:

Motiva Port Arthur Manufacturing Complex (PAMC) is hiring a Business Systems Analyst to join our Innovation team. The Business Systems Analyst is a critical role in ensuring consistent delivery of short and long-term innovation through training, custom applications, and automated reporting for data review and analysis

Responsibilities:

• Develop and productionize Power BI reports for PAMC work teams
• Troubleshoot Power BI reporting issues and work with end users on resolutions
• Support and develop custom applications built in power apps used in PAMC's business processes
• Work with PAMC team leaders to digitize business processes
• Provide guidance on which processes should move to a custom app solution versus a market solution or retaining the current process
• Provide Power App troubleshooting support to users
• Assist the Innovation team with dashboarding development and data collection tools
• Prototype new ideas and examples for custom application and data reporting options
• Improve sitewide reporting tools and applications for more efficient data review and reporting

Experience and Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or higher education in Engineering or Computer Science
• Ability to motivate people and engage stakeholders
• High level of integrity and respect
• Strong presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
• 3+ years of experience working in an Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Systems Analyst role
• Proven experience working in Microsoft Power Platform
