Job Description

  • Provide general/routine administrative and office support that includes a broad range of duties
  • Assist Senior Business Support Specialist with business operations, including billing, payments, deposits and/or reconciling money
  • Supervise and train employees who generally perform the same work or similar work/tasks
  • Register and update patient demographics by collecting detailed information including personal and financial information
  • Greet, escort, and facilitate patient flow by notifying the provider of patients' arrival, being aware of delays, and communicating with patients and clinical staff.
  • Answer and/or direct calls to appropriate area, and place calls as requested by supervisor
  • Prepare and respond to incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and other forms of correspondence
  • Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities can be acquired is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

Competency with computer-based office software and web-based applications, or ability to become proficient within a few weeks is preferred; proficient keyboarding skills preferred.
