RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Operations Specialist in Arlington, VA.Summary:This position/Order to Cash team member works with Sales when pricing is outside of standard package or licensing needs to be customized. They will research that customer - what type of business, #FTEs, business needs and determine best package to present. For special license templates or custom templates, they work with Legal.Responsibilities:

• They send contract to client -sign via Docusign or if not signed, negotiate, change # of client FTE's with access, etc. to finalize the subscription package
• Order to cash - work through the process - ensure the users are onboarded
• Ship to and Contacts are activated
• Ensure sales are booked and billed correctly
• Attach spreadsheet with users
• Authenticate
• Perform sales credits

REQUIREMENTS:

• BA is required and business degrees are strongly preferred
• Recent and relevant business experience is required
