RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Collections Representative to join their team in Allentown, PA. This client is a leading, large biotechnology company. They offer a strong benefits package which includes tuition reimbursement, vacation days, 401K with match, medical, dental, stock purchase plan, etc. They also offer annual bonuses. This role will work in a small division on a hybrid schedule, Wednesdays in office and the rest of the week remote. Responsibilities will include:

• In this role, the Business Collections Representative will collect invoices
• Provide payment information to customers and arrange payments
• Check portals for invoice status
• Call on past due invoices
• The Business Collections Representative will prepare audit schedules
• Prepare offsets and account reconciliations
• Work to resolve outstanding AR discrepancies
• Work to solve customer disputes
• As a Business Collections Representative, you will perform other related duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma/GED is required
• College degree is a plus
• 1-3 years of business to business collections experience
• Strong Excel skills, VLOOKUP's is a plus
• Good collaboration skills
• Ability to multi-task
