Business Analyst:

Mission: The Business Analyst will collaborate withMarketing, Sales, Service and Community cloudproduct owners, stakeholders, and scrum teams to understand and translate business and technical requirements into user stories for our IoT and Cloud based software solutions. The Business Analyst will act as the subject matter expert in Marketing assisting the scrum teams in delivering market leading solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and lead requirement sessions with project stakeholders
  
• Responsible for user story development and prioritization and assist with product backlog management.
  
• Develop business and system process flow diagrams.
  
• Develop mockups or wireframes based on system requirements
  

• Analyze existing processes to identify gaps and areas of improvement.
  
• Participate in Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Scrum Meetings and other agile activities.
  
• Development of test cases and provides subject matter support during testing efforts.
  
• Conduct testing such as functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  
• Assists with root cause analysis and analysis/management of defects.
  

• Ensure sprint deliverables are correct and timely
  
• Quickly become the team's subject matter expert to act as funnel for all inquiries
  
• Ability to collaborate with Product Owners, System Architects, Developers and UI/UX Designers
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree preferably in Marketing and 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
  
• Prior experience in Product or Services Marketing or Digital Marketing Agencies managing campaigns is a plus
  
• Knowledge of requirements gathering techniques.
  

• Must be detail oriented and have excellent analytical skills.
  
• Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
  
• Excellent understanding of web and software development concepts.
  
• Hands-on experience with Agile projects.
  

• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced work environment.
  
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification is a plus
