Under the general supervision of the Product & Services Manager, the Project Manager/Business Analyst(PM/BA)position serves as a "critical bridge" as the PM/BA understand both the operational and technical sides of various processes (the "bridge" portion), and also needs to critically analyze the flow, requirements, gaps, resources involved in the processes (the "critical" portion). Proactively identify risks and issues on projects - leading team to
develop risk management and issue management plans.
What You Will Be Doing - 50% project management,
- 20% gathering and documenting project requirements
- 20% sql scripting/report writing,
- 10 % support functions, Although these allocations will frequently vary
What You Need for this Position - 3+ yrs experience as a Business Analyst
- Solid diagramming skills using Visio, Pencil, Google Drawings, etc.;
- Advanced Excel skills;
- Familiarity with Project Management tools and Concepts, Smartsheet;
- Solid SQL
