The St. Louis office is seeking qualified and caring people to work as a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA). Successful applicants will attend paid training to obtain required certifications.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Protect and honor the rights of people with disabilities
  • Serve as a voice and advocate for individuals served
  • Conduct and provide specified aspects of applied behavior analysis and therapy
  • Create individual behavior therapy goals in accordance with the IEP, PCP, and/or ISP
  • Document data displaying the individual served goals and progression as they advance in their behavioral treatment
  • Work with co-workers to enhance the growth of individuals served
  • Supervise and oversee the activities of Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT)
  • Participate in on-going professional training

General Qualifications:
  • Reliable transportation
  • Valid auto insurance and driver's license
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis and Therapy
  • Current license/certification in behavior analysis
