DESCRIPTION:
Benchmark Human Services is a national leader in providing programs to individuals with disabilities and mental illness. The St. Louis office is seeking qualified and caring people to work as a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst. Successful applicants will attend paid trainings to obtain required certifications.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
The board certified behavior analyst (BCBA) is responsible for successfully conducting applied behavior analysis and therapy with individuals within Benchmark Human Services (BHS) or that have contracts with BHS to provide these services. The BCBA also maintains regular communication with the client's family and/or staff to promote continuity in behavioral application of strategies and to share successes as they occur. The BCBA also consults and assists the other clinicians and direct care staff in order to provide quality services for BHS clients. He or she ensures that these services achieve BHS's mission, meet our strategic objectives, goals and scorecard measurements and meet the quality standards set by BHS, its funders and its accreditation agencies.
