BIG DATA ENGINEER

• Gatherand process raw data at scale (including writing scripts, web scraping, callingAPIs, write SQL queries, etc.).

• Workclosely with engineering, sysops and devops teams to integrate data algorithmsand code into productionalized systems.

• Processunstructured data into a form suitable for analysis .

• Performdata analysis

• Supportbusiness decisions with ad hoc analysis.

• Significantexperience with Elastic Map Reduce. Experience with Hortonworks or ClouderaHadoop distributions may also be acceptable.

• Familiaritywith some or all AWS data services:RDS, DyanmoDB, DataPipeline, Quick Sight,Elasticache, Kinesis, S3

Education qualification

• Bachelor's Degree REQUIRED in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field.
