MMB Multinational is seeking candidates for the following position based in multiple US office locations:

GLOBAL BENEFITS MANAGEMENT - Sr. PROJECT MANAGER

What can you expect?

  • Leads delivery activities on large and potentially complex GBM clients, working either alongside senior Client Management team members or on their own
  • Scopes and drives client facing meetings and information, business review and stewardship process
  • Acts as a day to day point of contact for clients (main point of contact if leading on the client), including a point of escalation working to resolve service delivery issues
  • Manages/accountable for all recurring deliverables, ensures technical accuracy and client readiness, and informs wider client teams on any planned changes
  • Takes responsibility for the delivery of client projects in a proactive and timely manner working alongside relevant stakeholders, providing peer review layer to ensure materials are comprehensive, consider all issues, and are tailored to clients
  • Key role in client retention process, identifying potential clients at risk and supporting the definition of action plans to address
  • Understands and supports strategic client journey with a focus on growth and retention

  • Team and collaborate with others: Participate in activities which reinforce "one team" environment within MMB Multinational. Cultivate, manage and strengthen interpersonal relationships with colleagues and teams
What you need to have:
  • Bachelor's degree + 6 years' experience, or 8+ years of equivalent education/work experience
  • Proficient technical knowledge of benefits and insurance markets
  • Strong verbal and analytical skills, keen attention to detail and accuracy
  • Voluntary and active participation in various projects outside of specific responsibilities to support business or organizational needs
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, demonstrated diplomacy and client management
