Job Description:

  • Responsible for setting up and operating audio and video systems
  • Ensuring all video conference rooms are connected and fully operational 24/7
  • Installation and maintenance of projectors, monitors, video feeds or computing systems
  • Assist with new installations and support, remotely, at other SES facilities in North America
  • Knowledge of various vendor systems and applications (Logitech, Polycom, Microsoft...)
  • Check office monitors are online at all times and displaying latest marketing communications
  • Duties as assigned by IT leadership


Requirements:
  • Ability to lift over 50 lbs
  • Climb ladders or work in tight spaces as needed


Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Customer service
  • Multimedia production
  • Audio/video troubleshooting skills


Certifications:
  • Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) is a plus
