A.T. Still University (ATSU) is seeking an exempt Sponsored Programs Post-Award Project Manager. The grant-funded Project Manager will report directly to the Post Award Associate Director and will be responsible for ensuring the timely and compliant management/implementation of a sponsored project of broad scope and high priority. They will oversee and manage all aspects of the funded project for programmatic and fiscal compliance, and will collaborate with the Project Investigator/Project Director (PI/PD) to achieve the project’s stated objectives, methodology, data collection/analysis, evaluation, and outcomes dissemination--including reporting and publishing.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications, skills, and accomplishments:
The project manager should have 2-3 years of experience (1) with project/grants management; budgeting/accounting; data tracking/assessment, competitive/technical writing, program development, proofreading, and editing; (2) in a highly productive and sometimes stressful environment; (3) working independently and in a team environment; and (4) with managing multiple deadlines and priorities. Familiarity with higher education/academic medicine and/or health care/research environment is beneficial. Previous publishing/writing desirable but not mandatory.Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Health Ed, or etc. required, master’s degree preferred, or the equivalent combination of education/experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities are acquired.This position is grant-funded, with HRSA & MDHSS support anticipated through August 31, 2023.
