General Summary:

The Associate, IT Performance Management is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing the performance of IT systems, services, and processes with HCA's Digital Division. The Associate will assess the effectiveness and reliability of IT infrastructure, applications, and operations to ensure service levels and KPIs are met. In addition, the Associate will be responsible for providing reporting and transparency into IT performance KPIs, service and quality levels, and provide insights for all stakeholders, including but not limited to vendors, internal team members, and Digital leadership team. This role will be expected to collaborate with IT teams to test new strategies and come up with actionable recommendations to help improve the performance of HCA's technology landscape.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Performance Monitoring: Work with HCA IT Infrastructure and Applications teams to ensure continuous monitoring of IT systems, network, applications, databases, and services to collect data on various performance metrics.

2. Analysis and Reporting: Analyze performance data to identify trends and anomalies that may impact overall performance and productivity of IT resources. Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into performance metrics and KPIs for all internal and external stakeholders.

3. Performance improvement: Coordinate with HCA technical leads to implement changes to infrastructure, configurations, processes, or applications to enhance performance. Collaborate with technical leads, IT governance, and other resources to ensure management processes are optimized to ensure IT availability and reliability.

4. Vendor service level management: Establish vendor scorecards and monitoring SLAs to define performance indicators and target service levels between HCA and internal/external IT service providers. Track performance against SLAs on recurring basis and take corrective actions to meet or exceed agreed-upon service levels. Ensure vendor compliance with HCA governance requirements, policies, and procedures. Assist in management of vendor quarterly business review meetings as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience with change management principles, methodologies, and tools in the finance and/or IT industry.

• Automotive Finance industry background a plus.

• Exposure to IT incident, availability, and service level management preferred.

• Bachelor's degree required.

Physical Requirements and Working Condition:

Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing and walking, vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an office environment.
