Job Summary & Responsibilities

As the Associate Finance Manager, Customer Development for Hill's Pet Nutrition Inc., you will provide financial leadership for the Amazon Customer Development team through financial planning, business and financial analysis, and cross functional partnering.

This role plays a key role in driving revenue growth and ensuring internal controls' compliance for all customer investment activities.

This position may interact with all levels of management across the subsidiary.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Support the financial planning process through well-reasoned volume and commercial spend budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close activities

Analyze results using both financial and other key commercial metrics to provide leadership insight into performance drivers, build recommendations to improve ROIs, and ensure accountability across the team

Develop and demonstrate positive relationships with cross-functional business partners to uncover opportunities for revenue growth and improvements in execution

Provide oversight and mentorship to ensure the CDT's adherence to customer investment controls

Coordinate accounting processes, transactions and procedures to ensure accurate documentation and treatment of customer investment

Basic qualifications include:

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance related subject area and validated experience in a finance environment
• Prior leadership/management experience
• Ability to utilize common business software (i.e., Google Office Suite and SAP)
• Provide mentorship and direct task completion to virtual partners, temps, and colleagues

Preferred qualifications include:

• MBA/CPA preferred
• SAP proficiency
