Your Role:
Reporting to the Head of Oncology Brand Marketing, Associate Director will be responsible for leading key marketing activities for the oncology productTepmetko in the in US. This includes contributing to the development and execution of the overall brand strategy, leading all aspects of tactical execution and leading complex cross-functional teams to accomplish brand objectives.

  • Contribute to the development of the Brand Plan and ensure seamless tactical pull through cross-functionally
  • Closely partner with the Medical Affairs, Market Access, Market Research, Sales Training, Regulatory, Legal, and other functions in developing the HCP and patient tactics, to ensure aligned objectives and implementation across all functions to support Tepmetkogrowth
  • Lead US HCP and patient marketing efforts, including message development/refinement, and execution of branded and unbranded promotional materials
  • Partner closely with the field teams to ensure message pull through, provide support, monitor performance and uncover opportunities and issues
  • Gain alignment and implement marketing tactics with the field teams to ensure execution is effective across personal and non-personal channels
  • Collaborate with multiple agency partners in the execution of strategic and tactical plans to achieve business objectives
  • Lead ad board(s) to gather insights from HCPs to optimize marketing plans and maximize the execution
  • Partners with Opinion Leaders Liaison team to ensure collaboration and insight gathering
  • Lead P2P education strategy and execution, ensure continuous refinement and account focus
  • Lead focused execution of the digital strategy, continuous evaluation of KPI for key tactics and relevant pivot in execution
  • Actively lead market analysis and competitive benchmarking to evaluate the effectiveness of the marketing programs, identify new opportunities and evolve the execution of the current tactics
  • Shape brand-level investment plans and oversee the marketing budget
  • Ensure clear execution focus for community versus academic accounts recognizing different segments and account archetypes within these customer types
  • Collaborate extensively with sales force, training department, and other functions to ensure we are achieving revenue, market share, and budget targets

Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS required
  • Requires a minimum of 6+ years of experience in marketing, sales and operational roles in pharmaceutical/biotech industry
  • Demonstration of deep knowledge of U.S. Oncology therapeutic area, product, and disease state
  • Launch experience a must
  • English required, other language skills may be considered a plus

Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
  • Experience in relevant specialty therapeutic area a plus
  • Understanding of the US biotech specialty space with demonstrated ability to learn and master complex business environments
  • Previous experience in working/leading in the complex matrix organizations
  • Strong communication skills and an ability to translate complex information into succinct and impactful messages
  • Ability to present to all levels of the organizations to individuals and groups as well as respond succinctly and clearly to any questions and challenges while presenting
  • Experience in managing a budget that includes agency and consulting Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and effectively influence, collaborate, and communicate with internal and external partners
  • Motivated by results, urgency, and personal commitment;Possesses high integrity and exceptional work ethic;Fosters mutual trust and respect
