The Associate Director, Corporate Audit is responsible for supervising periodic reviews of operating and staff activities of the Company, its subsidiaries and other affiliates to provide assurance to Management and the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors that established policies and procedures from the conduct of business are accurately applied. This position also leads all aspects of special reviews as requested by senior management. All Colgate Audit activities should be conducted in compliance with Company policies and objectives and must adhere to the Code of Ethics and Standards for Professional Practice of Internal Auditing as promulgated by the Institute of Internal Auditors. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to the following areas: ▪ B.S. required in either Accounting or Finance. ▪ 7-10 years of experience in Public Accounting. ▪ Detailed certification - either CPA or CIA. ▪ Knowledge of SAP Finance, data analytics, robotic technology applications, as well as a sound understanding of Financial Policies and Financial Systems. ▪ A willingness and ability to travel approximately 50-60% of the time.
