Responsibilities

Operates as part of a team of desktop analyst and engineers responsible for providing in depth technical knowledge
required to engineer and develop solutions required to implement, manage, upgrade and support the Multiple P.C
Client applications, laptop and mobile device endpoints. This position will report to the Technical Communication
Manager. The Associate Desktop Analyst position requires high levels of professionalism, strong problem-solving
skills, and the ability to quickly learn new technologies and their utilization in state of the art trading environments.
Participates in the engineering, design, deployment, diagnosis and resolution of complicated system problems. The
Associate Desktop Analyst works in-house in a technology rich, team-based, learning environment.

Qualifications

Required Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree in Information Systems (or related field ) or combination of relevant
experience and education required. Will consider two additional years of healthcare related information technology
experience in lieu of Bachelors Degree.

Required Minimum Certification: N/A

Required Minimum Experience:
Successful Completion of WellStar IT Internship, or one year of healthcare information technology (described
below) in one or more of these areas: Realtime location systems, Patient communication systems, Corporate
communication systems, Virtual Health care solutions, Clinical Video conferencing solutions, Telehealth Technology
support, Asset tracking technology, Secure File uploads, Application patching and software updates

Required Minimum Skills: proficient use of Powerpoint, Viso, Excel and communicate tools such as SharePoint and
Outlook. Understand MS Active Directory, an Exchange, User Profiles, and basic security protocols. Working
knowledge of Win10, Win8 and are a plus. Working knowledge of routers, firewalls, switches. Cisco troubleshooting in
particular, TCP/IP protocol stack
