Required Qualifications: Applicants must specifically address how they meet these required qualifications to meet the requirements of the position.:Reporting to the Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs (AVPAA), the Assistant Vice President for Curriculum & Academic Programs (AVPCAP) is responsible for managing a broad range of services in curriculum and commencement to include: developing new academic programs, performing research and data analytics, planning and implementing commencement ceremonies, collaboratively developing a strategic plan for curriculum and commencement functions within the context of the university's mission, values, and strategic planning process. The AVPCAP coordinates curriculum and commencement activities with campus leadership and works closely with faculty, department chairs/school directors, college deans and other offices on campus. In addition, the AVPCAP is responsible for ensuring effective operations in the Office of Curriculum Services and oversees work carried out by its staff.
