JOB SUMMARY
The Assistant Supervisor position is a top leadership role for the operations and maintenance of the facility. The position is a key component to the organization on the plant level to ensure day to day policies and procedures are followed continued safe operation and production of the facility.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Comply with Boral Safety Policies and Procedures
- Regular attendance, timeliness and scheduling flexibility
- Assisting with employee scheduling
- Comply to ensure all environmental policy and procedures are being followed
- Assist with employee counseling
- Day to day operations and maintenance constant organization and communication with employees
- Heavily involved in the hiring process
