What You Will Be Doing We are searching for an ambitious Assistant Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of office buidings to interface with company executives, tenants, and vendors.

Job duties include (but may not be limited to):
- Assist with property budget, vendor scope of work, bidding, and operating expense approval
- Promote cost reduction and efficiency processes to improve financial performance
- Monitor vendor performances and ensure compliance with scope agreement
- Contribute to capital and tenant improvement projects
- Manage relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, and other outside vendors
- Coordinate property maintenance programs
- Ensure that tenant requests are solved promptly
- Strive to maintain an excellent tenant experience
What You Need for this Position - At least 3 years of commercial property management experience required
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Profiency in Excel, Yardi, and/or related software
- Self-starter mentality
- Ability to multi-task
