Responsibilities:
- Assist the project management team in developing and managing project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met.
- Prepare and submit RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other project-related documentation.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for the project management team.
- Collaborate with the project management team to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Assist in the preparation and review of project estimates, budgets, and schedules.
- Attend project meetings and provide updates on project progress, risks, and issues.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in New York City civil construction.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
