Assistant Director of Gender & Sexuality Resources
The Center for Diversity & Inclusion (CDI) at Johns Hopkins University is seeking applications for the next Assistant Director for Gender & Sexuality Resources (GSR). Reporting directly to the Associate Director for Gender & Sexuality Resources, this position will: 1) supervise student staff to plan and implement student programming and communications; 2) advise and work with student organizations to continue to build an infrastructure of community, support, and belonging 3) aid in the establishment of project management and workflow processes for GSR programming, communications, and operations 4) build collaborative relationships with partners across the university.
The Assistant Director for Gender & Sexuality Resources will primarily support students with marginalized sexual orientations, romantic orientations, gender identities, and gender expressions at Johns Hopkins while also serving as a resource for the entire campus community. The Assistant Director should be able to engage in innovative and organized execution and supervision to meet the needs of women, femme, queer, and trans students at Hopkins at the intersections of identities.
