What You Will Be Doing - Support Construction Manager, Developer and SVP of development on Owner selections
- Coordination with property management and project hand-off
- Close-out documentation
- Review and analysis of project status with updates to management
- Occasional attendance of OAC meetings (off-site)
What You Need for this Position - College Degree in either Construction Management, Engineering or Business with experience in construction
- Willingness to learn and be a team player
- Coachable
