Be a part of a multi-disciplinary team that provides support and encouragement to Adults with chronic mental illness so that they can live their best lives! The Assistant Director is an integral part of the Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) team, located in Braintree, MA. They help to shape and guide this program that works with clients who are the most vulnerable. In addition, Assistant Directors can take advantage of a wide variety of career growth and training opportunities within our organization.

The Assistant Director works with the clinicians and other ACCS staff to develop clinical assessments, risk/safety planning, and treatment planning for clients. They also lead development of comprehensive recovery-based services, collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, and provide clinical leadership for an assigned group of clients, who reside in our residential group homes.

The new salary range for this position is $75k-$80k.

Required Skills

  • Supervisory and management skills
  • Valid MA state driver's license and access to personal vehicle
  • MAP, First Aid & CPR certifications
  • Bilingual skills and/or experience with multicultural populations preferred

Required Experience
  • Master's Degree in social work, psychology or related field, License required
  • Experience working with Adults with chronic mental illness
  • Experience working with a multidisciplinary team
