Position:

Asset Associate

Job Description:

Our next Asset Specialist will be responsible for reconciling open purchase orders between supplier, regions, and global hub. You will also be responsible for clearing pricing alerts, expediting past due purchase orders as well as line down activity. In addition, you will manage the global expedite email folders and respond to regional sales and product management inquiries in a prompt time frame. Overall support for our global buyers and operations team to ensure our overall service line agreements are being met.

What you will be doing

• Responsible for fulfilling purchase orders and managing backlog.
• Expedite factory purchase orders to meet customer open order demands.
• Match open orders to customer backlog and make requested schedule changes.
• Maintain manual bonds for non-e- compass accounts.
• Send requests for corporate allocations for backlog. Expedite backlog.
• Bond maintenance-at the direction of the material planner.
• Manage consignment billings and sure ships as well as EDI ship- complete of released orders
